Three- Day HACCP Workshop for the Seafood Industry

The HACCP Workshop for the Seafood Industry provides tools to help companies effectively incorporate the internationally recognized seven principles of HACCP and their application to the US FDA Seafood HACCP regulatory requirements.  Successful completion of this workshop fulfills training requirements for the FDA Seafood HACCP Regulation as outlined in Part 123.10.

On-Site and Custom HACCP Workshops

If your company is interested in providing training to a group of key employees in HACCP principles, the B&L Seafood Consultants will travel to your location to offer on-site training programs, which can be tailored to include your company's specific products and processes.  B&L staff has developed custom programs in the US and internationally for crews of factory trawlers, shellfish harvesters, seafood manufacturers, wholesalers, distribution warehouses, retailers and restaurants.  Courses are offered in English only.  The 3-day basic workshop fee is $5250.00 plus travel expenses for one instructor for up to 10 attendees. A tailored version of the 3-day workshop is offered for $5500.00 plus travel expenses for one instructor.  On-Site Workshop fees include materials.  For groups smaller or greater than 10 please contact us. International fees will vary.
